The specs.
Every dimension, every tolerance, every load rating — written down. No marketing math.
⌀ 20"WIDTH 8.5"The Wheel Cap. Where it begins.
Every INOVIT wheel is finished with an integrated wheel cap — engineered as part of the spoke architecture, not bolted on. Custom INOVIT branding sits flush at center, machined to the same tolerances as the wheel face, so the geometry reads as one continuous piece from any angle.

The Face. Geometry as identity.
Spoke profiles are milled in 5-axis CNC, contoured to catch light from every approach angle. Machined faces reveal the alloy beneath; satin lacquer locks in the finish for years of road exposure without dulling, fading, or losing its mechanical edge.

The Edge. Strength on display.
The outer barrel is rolled and heat-treated for impact resistance, then turned to a knife-edge lip that frames the spoke pattern. JWL- and VIA-certified for daily load — engineered to outlast the car around it without flinching at potholes, kerbs, or track laps.

FusionForge®. Hybrid forged.
INOVIT sets a new benchmark in wheel design and engineering with its advanced FusionForge® Technology. By seamlessly combining the strength of tilt casting and forging, this innovative process enhances both the lip and the back of the rim for unparalleled durability and performance. Utilizing state-of-the-art low-pressure die-casting, our 1-piece rims achieve exceptional precision and structural integrity, making them the perfect choice for high-performance vehicles.
Process · FusionForge®Image 04/11FusionForge® Technology
Three precision steps where die-cast aluminium is rolled into its final shape under extreme pressure — no heat required, maximum grain strength.
Step 1
The die-casted piece or the molded aluminum is propped above a steel mold and onto a locking mechanism that controls the motion to initiate the forging process.
Step 2
Three rollers apply extreme pressure onto the side of the wheel which will shape the aluminum using the steel mold as a guide. Once one side is finished, the three rollers return to their original position.
Step 3
The three rollers apply the same pressure onto the side again to shape the aluminum to follow the shape of the new steel mold. Due to the high pressure, this technique allows for a stronger wheel as it does not require heat in order to permit shape change.
With FusionForge® Technology, INOVIT delivers a winning combination of strength, durability, and precision engineering. Designed to elevate both style and functionality, our wheels provide superior handling and reliability for drivers who demand the best. Experience the INOVIT difference — where innovation meets performance.
