The contract between us and you when you place an order. Lead times, returns, liability, governing law. Six sections, plain English.
By placing an order with INOVIT — through the website, a dealer, or directly with one of our trade representatives — you accept these Terms of Sale. They sit alongside the Privacy and Warranty documents on this page; together they form the complete agreement between us. If a clause anywhere else contradicts these terms, this document is the one that applies.
Prices on the site are quoted in your local currency where possible and exclude duties and taxes unless explicitly noted. An order is confirmed when we charge your card or receive a deposit on a bespoke build — not when you click checkout. If we cannot fulfil at the listed price (typographical error, currency error, a wheel pulled from production), we tell you immediately and refund in full.
Stock wheels ship within five working days. Made-to-order Precision Forged and FusionForge® sets average eleven weeks from order confirmation to crate. Bespoke finish work — limited colours, two-tone, brushed-and-cleared — adds two weeks. We publish a live lead-time tracker on the product page; if your build runs past the quoted date by more than ten working days, you can cancel for a full refund.
Stock wheels can be returned unfitted, in original packaging, within thirty days for a full refund less return shipping. Made-to-order and bespoke wheels are non-returnable once production has started — typically within 48 hours of order confirmation — because they are built specifically for your vehicle. If we've made a mistake on the build sheet, we re-make at our cost.
We are responsible for the wheel doing what we said it would do — fit your vehicle to the published spec, carry the rated load, last the warranted lifetime under normal use. We are not responsible for fitment by third parties, accidents on the road, or use of the wheel outside its published parameters. Total liability under these terms is capped at the purchase price of the wheels you bought, except where local law provides otherwise.
Contracts entered into through inovit.com are governed by the laws of the State of California for customers in the Americas, and by the laws of the Netherlands for customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation, then — if necessary — by arbitration in the appropriate venue. Your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
